The “Fat Duck” is owned by Heston Blumenthal who is famous for his scientific approach to cooking, which is often referred to as “molecular gastronomy” or “culinary alchemy”. I personally believe that he is one of the greatest cooks in the world.

Prices are very high, but I bet you’ll have a once in a lifetime experience trying out the mad food served here.
